BE PREPARED before you complete this form. You will need to have specific information about the property, digital images and photo files, and optionally digital document files as well.

Information required for each type of ACC application can vary. You will be guided through the required steps to complete the form. Included here is information that will help you prepare to complete the application.

What modifications does the ACC Application cover?

You may apply for only one type of modification at a time. You may also use the form to re-submit a previous application.

What are the options for changing the exterior color of my property, including trim, garage door, and front door colors?

There are suggested color schemes that you can choose from. For example, the primary exterior color determines the suggested trim/fascia color, as well the color options for garage and front doors.

NOTE: Garage and Front door colors have the option of the suggested color OR a specific white color. Also, the garage and front door DO NOT have to match.

Be prepared with digital pictures of the current exterior showing the existing color. This will make it easier to process your application.

You can also submit digital photos of your own custom colors. You should be prepared with photos or scans that show the color card from the paint manufacturer. Include in the picture the manufacturer name, color code, color name and a swatch of the color shade.
